| MFit Fitness Center at the Ann Arbor Ice
Cube is a medically and performance based fitness center.
The fitness center is staffed and managed by the caring
professionals of MHealthy, the
University
of
Michigan
’s health and well-being program. All staff members are qualified
health care professionals with degrees in Exercise Science,
Sports Medicine or other related fields. Visit MHealthy’s

Fitness Center Hours:
M-F: 5:30am-9pm
Sat/Sun: 7am-6pm
Programs:
- Sports Specific Exercise – available for youth
and adult. Each participant will receive a customized
exercise routine specifically designed to enhance their
sports performance.
- Fit-Script – is a medically-based exercise program
for people with a complex health history, chronic illness
or condition, or post rehabilitation (cardiac or physical).
- Fitness Testing and Body Composition Testing
- Personal Training
- Aerobic Classes
Memberships are available for 3, 6 or 12 months, with
discounts for U-M employees/retirees and senior citizens age
62 & over. Each person
receives a free comprehensive equipment
